Design !!

DESIGN is a very vast subject. Perception differs from each person when we try to personify or want to understand the word, DESIGN.

Design is my favorite word of late :D, as it is my favorite hobby as I have turned my passion into a profession!! With each passing day, it gets more interesting for me, as I get to create a whole new lot of stuff for my clients by drafting designs that look just like their dream, in other words, just like how they want it to be!

The outcome of the end picture after all the effort made by the entire team, being an Interior Designer, I not only get to see the visuals of my client dreams but also as an additional lottery, I get to see their happy and contented faces! 😀 😀

So, sitting down the park side of my apartment, I was relating the same happy faces of clients, to the happy faces of ours, in our own lives. In a simple sense, the entire process of designing our own life is as similar as what I realized!

In other words, an ultimate aim we all hold is to be happy to look back one day and see what all we have done to date to have reached that happiness, right? So, in the true sense, it is like, a route map which is crystal clear in front of us, agree? Yes! design is like a route map as the destination in front instructs us to wisely consider our options where we choose our path, as per our dreams to reach there! 🙂

Our life can be like this if at all we can map, can get so easy. 

There is no theory or thumb rule to it. It is just that we all, in our design profession, always follow something called the reverse thought process. In other words, to explain to you, it is like a set-end scene that we visualize, and as per that, we design – to see the desired end picture!!

As simple as this!! How I wish we could also visualize and map our routine as per our dream! Like how a designer reaches the client’s dream by the end of every single project, in the same way, life itself is a vast project! Agree?

So, do you feel you need to give yourself a minute time? Think to en-route your destination, start your travel as per that! I am not even joking! A start with a clear vision – which I call a ‘map’ here.

Of course, it can’t happen as quickly as designing a house maybe, but it takes lots more time and endless effort. Despite all this, if you don’t miss out on your ‘map’ and design of the goal you have set for yourself, you will reach there one day!
